    Fitness Mania Cardio Workouts Cardio workouts help to raise overall fitness levels, increasing cardiovascular fitness, improving muscular endurance through conditioning and flexibility.

    Cardio Blast
    Looking for traditional cardio workout? Fitness mania has created The Cardio Blast – Burn off your calories with this fun and easy-to-follow Floor Aerobics and Step up your fitness levels with movements on and around the Step. The intensity of the workout varies from medium to high impact and can be changed by adjusting the height of the step.  You’ll definitely push your cardiovascular limits… come experience the energy!

    Dance Mania
    So you want a different workout? Then get ready to dance to a fun, high energy, funky dance cardio workout inspired from different styles right from our very own Bollywood to Latin American Zumba, Disco, Rock, Bhangra and many more. Our disco lighting will definitely get you partying!!

    Killer Kickbox!
    Kick Some Butt!! This cardio class involves some really kickass martial art moves to give you a killer workout. Achieve endurance, strength, stability, balance & mental toughness with a series of fast-paced jabs, punches, shuffles & high kicks. This class is designed for people seeking a fun-filled, high intensity, powerful workout burn body fat, break through fitness plateaus, and increase your overall aerobic capacity.

    Silver Seniors
    You’re never too old for anything!! Silver Seniors is specialized group exercise classes helping older adults become more active and stay on track with your health and fitness goals. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and an aerobics class for you – safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.

    Krazy Kids & Terrific Teens
    Are your kids glued to the television, laptop and video games all day long? Then tell them it’s time to go out and play! Kids are really creative beings and this class offers them different genres for being active, everything from floor aerobics, boot camp based workouts, dance workouts to boost their metabolism and increase positivity.

    Circuit Shock!
    Sculpt that body with Circuit training which alternates aerobic activity with resistance activity. An exercise circuit is a set of exercises done in short rapid movements for 1-4 mins and after completion of the circuit, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. It is an extremely effective form of weight training and cardio.

    Bums & Tums
    Bums & Tums is a strengthening and toning workout for the lower body with weights, tubes, bands and stability ball to attain maximum results and core strengthening. A variety of toning exercises for the core muscles, including abdominals, back, hips and thighs.

    Pilates Sculpt
    Graceful body, beautiful posture and sculpted abdominals are what this class gives you! Pilates is designed to create alignment in the body, as well and strengthen and tone the arms, core and legs. If you've never tried Pilates before but have at least a little experience with yoga or other fitness classes, this is a great place to start! The program focuses on the core postural muscles providing support for the spine and aims to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Forget the traditional sit ups and crunches when you can replace them with exercises designed to give you the abs of your dreams!

    Boot Camp
    Want to spice up your strength training routine? Boost your conditioning and confidence to the next level in this high intensity class mixing traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and in that way, resembles a military boot camp. Get ready for tons of total body exercises using bands and body weight. Bear crawl across the studio, jump over obstacles, and boost your aerobic fitness with stairs and circuits.

    Hatha Yoga
    Hatha Yoga is the ancient classical form of yoga. Being gentle in nature it emphasizes on the foundations of yoga and is ideal for beginners. This practice is designed to awaken our awareness within using breath, posture, relaxation and meditation. The class is very basic, slow-paced and easy to follow. Flexibility not required. A class perfect for those times when you want the yoga but not the intense workout. Relax, let go, and ENJOY!

    Restorative Yoga
    A gentle restorative yoga practice focusing on poses that improve mobility and flexibility; all poses done seated or lying down. This slow paced yoga class is customized for adults interested in maintaining healthy joints and the spine. It is ideal for helping to recover from injury, illness or stress. Restorative Yoga helps bring the body back to health restoring it from old habits of bad posture, tensions and worry - giving you a sense of spaciousness, calmness, and ease.

    Power Yoga
    Power Yoga is yoga’s version of an aerobics class and is extremely popular. This class assumes that you already have a little experience with yoga and are familiar with some of the basic poses. Energetic flowing workouts that will help you develop strength, flexibility and balance melting away the outside external world from your consciousness.

    Flow Yoga
    This style of yoga is known as flow yoga because of the smooth way that the poses run together that brings in a graceful dance like feel. The class could pace from being gentle to more intense form of yoga which can definitely make you sweat and give you a powerful mind body workout. Certain degree of flexibility is a must before opting for Flow Yoga.

    Kids & Teeny Yoga
    This fun and exciting class is designed just for kids & teens! It presents fun and challenging poses that will help to strengthen kids' muscles, stretch their bodies and mind. Our classes are designed based on the interests, energies and developmental stages of children. We recognize that all children are unique and sometimes develop at their own pace. We are always open to working with you to create a yoga program for your child’s individual needs. The class is fun and engaging and a perfect way to get kids into doing yoga, or to help continue a practice that's already begun

    Fitness Mania Customized Classes If you’re the one who feels that they need specialized attention and have different needs, then you can opt for Customized sessions designed specifically for you. Enjoy your Me Time!!

    Personal Training
    Our personal Trainers will help you assess your goals and current fitness levels and create a fitness program to suit your needs. Our trainers pay close attention to the exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition habits of the client. They maintain a fine balance between resting the body and motivating at the right time.

    Small Group Training
    Bring in your buddies!! It is a form of personalized training done in small groups (2-5 people). Components of small group training include everything from cardio, strength training, flexibility and mind- body training. The program is personalized according to each client’s objectives, goals and fitness levels.

    Dial a class
    Always on the run!! Don’t find time for working out. Then you can dial in for a class and bump in the studio for a quick class.

    Certifications We also provide Certifications for Instructor Courses like Power Yoga, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer in collaboration with recognised Fitness Training Institutes. These are conducted in Mulund at our Fitness Studio.
